Job summary

Bridgeway Park Canton Senior Living Facility in Michigan is hiring a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and help with medications under supervision. You will participate in orientation and training, and you’ll be eligible for benefits that start on day one, including paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Criminal background check required.
• Experience with the elderly is preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must work every other weekend.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking).
• Maintain a clean environment, including light housekeeping.
• Follow safety and health standards, including infection control.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to supervisor.
• Assist with repositioning and follow the schedule.
• Accurately document medications.
