Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality daily care to residents, assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, and transport while upholding dignity and safety. Join a team focused on compassionate service and resident well-being in a supportive community.

You will follow individualized care plans, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with team members to deliver engaging activities and exceptional customer service to residents and families alike.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state).
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if required.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal hygiene.
• Provide safe transport and transfers for residents.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and dignity per policies.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly.
• Support participation in wellness programs and engagement activities.
