LCB Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate at The Residence at Quarry Hill in South Burlington, VT. The role focuses on compassionate personal care, safety, and supportive programming for elders, following each resident's service plan.

Responsibilities include medication assistance per state rules, documentation, and engagement in cognitive, social, physical, and spiritual activities to enhance independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training as required by State Regulation.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by state regulation.

Responsabilités

• Provide for the needs of residents, including personal care, therapeutic activities, safety and emotional support.
• Deliver services as written on the approved service plan for each resident.
• Promote the mission and values of LCB Senior Living to residents, families and co‑workers.
• Complete orientation training and participate in ongoing in‑service training as required by state regulations.
• Assist with medications according to state regulations and document entries accordingly.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities to support independence and quality of life.
• Document services and incidents in the community computer tracking system.
