LCB Senior Living, LLC at The Residence at Quarry Hill in South Burlington, VT, seeks an Activity Assistant to plan and implement daily activities for residents, fostering a warm, engaging environment. The role emphasizes creativity, motivation, and strong English communication while supporting transportation and volunteer programs.

Full-time position with hourly pay of $19–$22, based on experience. Benefits start from Day One, including health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• The ability to assist in the development and implementation of activities.
• The ability to create interest in the activities and motivate residents to participate daily is required.
• Creativity and motivational skills are necessary.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing is essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing all residence activities.
• Develop ideas to improve and expand the Activities Program.
• Maintain a professional, warm and caring relationship with residents and families.
• Assist with arranging transportation and escorts for residents to activities.
• Assist with maintaining and expanding Volunteer Programs.
