Job summary

LCB Senior Living's Residence at Silver Square in Dover, NH is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Associate to provide personal care, therapeutic activities, and compassionate support for residents. You will follow each resident's service plan, assist with medications per state regulations, document care in the computer tracking system, and help residents stay independent and dignified.

This full-time role includes day-one benefits, weekend availability, wage band of $22.00–$25.00 per hour, and

Qualifications

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training per state requirements.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to document services using computer systems.
• Experience caring for seniors with dementia preferred.
• Current state-certified CPR/First Aid training

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, safety, and emotional support per service plan.
• Assist with medications per state regulations and document entries.
• Engage residents in cognitive, social, and physical activities.
• Document scheduled and unscheduled services in the tracking system.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report to RN promptly.
• Support residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Escort residents to meals and activities as needed.
• Participate in ongoing in-service training and mandatory education.
