Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Training is provided; vaccination and health screenings may be required for safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Able to interact effectively with residents, families, staff.
• Criminal Background check and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly while maintaining residents' dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate observed or suspected changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
