Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC in Findlay, OH is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse’s Aide to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will help with daily living activities, maintain cleanliness, and promote independence and dignity under the guidance of the care team.

You should have a CNA certification (preferred), a HS diploma or GED, be at least 18, and possess strong communication and customer service skills to partner with residents,

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
