Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse’s Aide to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care settings. You will help with daily activities, maintain a clean environment, and promote residents’ independence with dignity and safety.

Qualifications include a CNA certification (preferred) and aHigh School diploma or GED, with age 18+ and experience with seniors advantageous.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication with residents, management, and coworkers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
