Pegasus Senior Living seeks a Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in our community. You will assist residents with daily activities, promote safety, and ensure comfort and well-being in a respectful environment.

The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for growth within PSL, with a starting wage of $21 per hour and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Certification as HCA or CNA required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• At least one year of experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• HCA and/or CNA certification required.
• Possesses applicable state certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; assist with up to 190 pounds with help.
