Job summary

Rocky Mountain Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities under supervision of the House Manager, Wellness Director, and Director of Resident Care. The position requires assisting with transfers, mobility, and daily care tasks in a residential setting.

You must be 18+, fluent in English, hold a HS diploma or GED, and able to lift up to 30 pounds. The role involves 12-hour shifts, standing/walking long hours, and strict adherence to RMAL

Qualifications

• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the elderly.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions; fluent English.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds; basic math skills.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift; maintain stamina.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Follow RMAL policies, procedures, and Resident Rights.
• Communicate with House Manager, Wellness Director, and Director of Resident Care.
• Document in logs and MAR; report changes in resident condition.
• Perform housekeeping tasks; keep home clean and safe; assist with meals and menu adherence.
