Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Rosemount, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support, improving daily life in a person-centered environment.

We welcome those with heart for seniors; roles include caregiving across activities of daily living, mobility support, and light housekeeping. Training is provided, and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
Ability to pass medications (training provided).
CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability.
All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
Help with medication administration (training provided).
Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
