Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid (CNA) certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care support including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance.
• Perform designated checks and maintain resident safety and dignity.
• Respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and work areas.
• Offer companionship and support; engage residents in activities and enrichment programs.
• Notify supervisor if care needs increase; perform other duties as assigned.
