Cornerstone Management's Appleton Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide personal care and support under individualized service plans. You will obtain vital signs, help with daily living activities, and document observations while maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes teamwork with the Resident Services Director and ongoing training to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and document observations.

Responsibilities

• Follow the resident's ISP and daily task sheets.
• Record vital signs and notify nurse of deviations.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with activities.
• Adhere to HIPAA and protect resident confidentiality.
• Attend in-service trainings and comply with policies.
• Support residents and families with respectful care.
