Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.

• Must pass caregiver background check per Wisconsin requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support residents with meal preparation and dining.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Promptly report changes in resident condition.
• Administer medications as per RN oversight.
• Complete documentation and daily care records.
