Oakmont of Simi Valley is hiring a Care Provider to deliver personal assistance and daily care, helping residents maintain independence and quality of life. The role calls for compassion, reliability, and the ability to follow individual care plans within a supportive team environment.

Shifts vary with full-time, part-time, or on-call options, offering a pay range of $17.00–$18.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, paid time off, meals, and retirement

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication with residents, families and team members.
• Desire to work with the elderly and provide compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment and support teamwork across departments.
