Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Lakeville, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will work directly with residents to provide compassionate support and help with daily living activities, while reporting changes to the leadership team.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and newly certified aides, with training provided for medication administration and a commitment to person-centered care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
