Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Forest Lake, MN, is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. You will provide personalized care to residents, supporting daily living activities with empathy and reliability.

We welcome CNAs or certified caregivers, though certification is not mandatory. Training for medication administration is provided, and shifts include mornings. Come be part of a compassionate, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
