Job summary

Pegasus Senior Living in Bellingham, WA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care in our senior living community.

You will work in NOC or PM shifts with flexible scheduling options, and you can participate in a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities through PSL. Prior experience with older adults is preferred, and the role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with residents and staff in English.
• Ability to regularly life/move up to 50 pounds and up to 190 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide compassionate support to seniors in a care setting.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure resident safety and comfort.
