Job summary

Pegasus Landing of Arlington is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents in a senior living community. You will assist with daily activities and contribute to resident comfort and safety.

Candidates should have state certifications, at least one year of experience with older adults, and strong English communication. Flexible FT/PT scheduling and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with older adults preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to follow care plans and provide compassionate assistance.

Responsibilities

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance.
