Job summary

PSL in Brandon, MS is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in daily living within our community. Shifts include Day, Evening, NOC and several options, with FT/PT arrangements.

You will work with residents, communicate clearly with teammates, and participate in our culture of kindness and integrity. Certifications per state and at least one year of experience with older adults are preferred; lifting requirements apply.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred by the state.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Maintain clear communication with residents and staff.
• Support the community's mission with kindness and integrity.
