Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. You will ensure safety, health, and well-being, tailor activities to interests, and provide meaningful engagement through companionship and practical support.
Qualified applicants bring 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid CA driver’s license, vaccination or exemption, TB/X-ray clearance, fingerprint check, and CA Home Care Aide certification (or plan to obtain).
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old.
- 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fully vaccinated or exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
