Grant Associates seeks a Senior Career Services Manager to oversee Career Services programs across Brooklyn Workforce1 locations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and program compliance. The role directs Career Advisors, Intake staff, and program personnel while guiding special initiatives like Financial Counseling and NYC SCION.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field.
• 7 years of experience in workforce development or related programs.
• 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of career counseling and labor market trends.
• Experience with government-funded programs and coordinating multiple initiatives.
• Experience with diverse populations and barrier reduction.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Career Advisors, Intake staff, Employment Works staff, and Career Services personnel across Brooklyn Workforce1 locations.
• Oversee intake, assessment, advisement, employment planning, and service delivery activities.
• Develop and manage workshops on job readiness, career exploration, and professional development.
• Oversee ITG referrals, training enrollments, and post-training placement activities.
• Ensure quality resume prep, interview coaching, and job search assistance.
• Coordinate with Business Services for employer partnerships and outcomes.
• Monitor data entry, records, and program compliance.
• Lead special initiatives like Financial Counseling and NYC SCION.
• Maintain funder relationships and contract deliverables.
• Provide coaching and leadership for Career Services staff.
• Support continuous improvement of customer experience and program effectiveness.
