Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Duncan, OK is seeking a Lead Career Navigator to provide leadership, coaching and technical expertise to Career Navigators delivering workforce planning services. You will coordinate Navigator activities, support performance goals, and manage staffing processes including hiring, reviews, and PTO management.

Responsibilities include solving complex customer staff issues with Extreme Customer Service, approving timecards and leave, and driving quality improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in social services, human resources, communications, business or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Experience with data entry, data review and computer systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and technical assistance to Career Navigators to meet performance and quality goals.
• Coordinate activities of Career Navigators to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
• Manage personnel processes: hiring, performance reviews, and corrective action.
• Resolve difficult situations with Extreme Customer Service.
• Approve timecards, PTO, and leave requests.
• Review exit checklists and approvals for supportive services.
• Evaluate quality results with management and staff for continuous improvements.
• Engage in work groups to address customer needs and implement new strategies.
• Maintain procedures and act as liaison between Career Navigators and Workforce Center staff.
• Perform Career Navigator duties to balance workloads and document case records.
