Responsibilities include managing Handshake and other platforms, supporting surveys, and creating data visualizations to tell the story of student career success with accuracy and clarity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, social sciences, education, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of two to four years of data analytics, data collection and interpretation, and reporting experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage collection of data on student and alumni career outcomes and provide accurate data to internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze career outcomes data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for program improvement.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights for reporting.
• Manage departmental platforms to ensure accurate database management.
• Provide Handshake training and serve as primary contact for students and staff.
