Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4 years of experience in career advising, student development, or a related area.
• Outstanding communication skills working with people individually and in large group settings.
• Ability to manage several projects and duties at the same time.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to connect with people and create connections.
• Knowledge of online education, platforms including Canvas, Handshake, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides career coaching and support strategy for graduate business students in the Fisher College of Business.
• Develops relationships with faculty, employers, students, and student organizations to support student engagement and employment opportunities.
• Supports all aspects of the Office of Career Management’s efforts preparing students for professional opportunities and interacting with employers assisting them in hiring graduate business students.
• Engages with colleagues and partners within Fisher and Ohio State, as well as regionally and nationally, to support graduate student career development and employment outcomes success.
