Responsibilities

• Provide individual career advising to students, including exploration and job-search assistance.
• Develop and deliver career development workshops, instructional materials, and courses.
• Oversee the Peer Career Coach program, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Gather, analyze, and report data; create dashboards and reports.
• Assist with career fairs, employer outreach, and campus partnerships.
• Coordinate and support events and instructional programming.
• Maintain knowledge of Career Services policies and resources.
• Support daily office operations and professional development activities.
