Job summary

Career Team is a leading workforce development organization dedicated to transforming lives through technology-enabled services and high-touch coaching. We are hiring a Lead Career Advisor to oversee Career Advisors, approve enrollment applications, and support WIOA program delivery across multiple sites.

You will manage caseloads, report on monthly performance, train staff, and build strong community partnerships to drive successful outcomes for participants and contractual measures.

Qualifications

• Public speaking and workshop delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of WIOA programs and services.
• Detail-oriented to meet program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach Career Advisors and enrollment processes.
• Approve enrollment applications and support services.
• Manage caseloads and track participants’ progress monthly.
• Prepare and present activity reports and program outcomes.
• Coordinate with partners and maintain written case records.
