J.D. required and a licensed attorney with bar admission.
Strong understanding of legal career pathways across multiple sectors.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to advise, mentor, and build relationships with students, alumni and employers.
Clerkship experience (state or federal) strongly preferred.
Experience in career advising, recruiting, or mentoring law students.
Strong organizational skills and multi-stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized career advising to law students and recent graduates.
Counsel on resumes, cover letters, personal statements, and emails.
Conduct mock interviews and deliver feedback.
Develop workshops on job search strategies, market trends, and career pathways.
Track employment interests and communicate opportunities to students.
Engage alumni and practitioners for mentoring and networking.
Coordinate with faculty and offices to run career programming across practice areas.
Support employer engagement and year-round recruiting programs.
