Job summary

Radiant Senior Living is seeking compassionate staff to provide direct care and med tech support for our senior residents. This role involves assisting with daily activities, coordinating care, and communicating with families and healthcare teams. Shifts vary to ensure continuous resident coverage.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, Med Tech exposure, and a patient, adaptable approach to support our care-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Med Tech and caregiving experience required.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care support by performing caregiving and med tech duties to meet staffing plan requirements.
• Coordinate care for residents and communicate information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers.
• Cover open shifts as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene.
• Maintain written records and documentation as required.
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure needs are continually met.
