Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and kind with a heart for seniors.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good organizational abilities and communication skills; independent and energetic.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating and hygiene.
• Communicate with staff; relay resident condition; maintain records.
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met.
• Assist with administration of medications per protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain MARs/TARs for medicines.
