You will collaborate with a care team, document needs, and engage residents with kindness. Candidates must be 18+, have strong organization and English skills, and bring energy and creativity to brighten daily life.

Qualificações

• Compassionate, patient, and kind; heart for working with senior adults.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good organizational abilities and communication skills; independent, energetic, creative, and with a pleasant approach.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff; relay information about resident’s condition; maintain records and documentation.
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure residents' needs are met.
• Assist with administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain MARs/TARs records for medicines ordered, received, and administered.
