PACE by IIH in Fresno, CA is hiring a Transportation Aide to support loading and unloading participants from company vehicles and to monitor the loading area for safety. You will greet participants, ensure smooth flow, and follow transportation safety standards.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with senior participants in a compassionate, organized manner.

Qualifications

• Plan and supervise effectively in a senior care setting.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously with staff and participants.
• Energetic, organized, dependable, flexible, and resourceful.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist loading/unloading participants from PACE vehicles.
• Greet participants and visitors; monitor loading area flow.
• Maintain safety and follow transportation policies for boarding/exiting.
• Assist with incident reporting and PPE maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with staff and participants.
• Ensure vehicle safety and coordinate with transportation team.
