Innovative Integrated Health Inc. seeks a Transportation Aide to assist participants in loading and unloading from PACE vehicles and to monitor loading area flow.

The role emphasizes safety, effective communication, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities include helping participants board and exit vehicles, maintaining PPE and sanitation supplies, and supporting drivers with route adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be medically cleared for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in and out of PACE vehicles while maintaining safety.
• Greet participants and visitors and monitor loading area flow.
• Follow transportation safety standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain PPE, safety equipment, and sanitation materials for all vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with staff and participants and participate in meetings as assigned.
