Nazareth Living Center is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to plan, organize and monitor schedules while keeping a sharp eye on budgets. You will build strong relationships with the team to ensure safe, well-staffed shifts for our residents.

In this role you will audit timecards, communicate attendance concerns to management, and help maintain budgeted hours. Strong English communication and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
