Nazareth Living Center in Missouri is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to plan and organize schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure staffing levels support resident safety and wellbeing with strong attention to detail.

You will build impactful relationships with the care team, perform timecard audits, communicate attendance concerns to management, and help maintain compliant, efficient operations across shifts while upholding the organization’s core values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The Staffing Coordinator develops schedules and maintains facility budgeted hours.
• The Staffing Coordinator performs timecard audits and edits as necessary.
• The Staffing Coordinator documents and communicates attendance concerns to management.
