Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales and business development experience.
• 5+ years of sales management or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing sales pipelines.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and managing sales professionals.
• Experience developing sales strategy, territories, KPIs, forecasts, and performance-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s B2B U.S. sales strategy.
• Establish revenue and pipeline targets (annual, quarterly, monthly).
• Convert growth objectives into measurable sales activities and KPIs.
• Identify customer segments, channels, partnerships, and value propositions with high potential.
• Develop a repeatable sales model scalable with additional personnel and territories.
• Lead executive-level discussions, pilots, contract negotiations, and major account development.
