Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat swallowing and communication disorders in senior residents, delivering evidence-based therapies and coordinating care with the rehabilitation team.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within a not-for-profit organization.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/customize SLP treatment programs based on comprehensive evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to align the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized sessions and functional-based approaches.
