Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Southern Pines, NC.

You will evaluate and treat residents with swallowing and communication impairments, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for seniors. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or eligibility to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Develop and implement Speech Pathology treatment plans based on full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services within a coordinated care team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate patient plans of care.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions with functional-based approaches.
