Hebrew SeniorLife is seeking a Security position responsible for monitoring assigned areas on foot, responding to alarms, and assisting with emergencies. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and compassionate interaction with patients, residents, staff, and visitors on-site.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, prior security or customer service experience, and the ability to perform under pressure in a healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• High School degree or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Non-Violent Crisis Prevention certification annually after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to alarms and security emergencies.
• Responds to requests for security assistance (door unlocks, escorts, alarms).
• Completes activity logs, incident reports and safety audits as directed.
• Completes tours of assigned area as prescribed.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
