The Geneva Suites, residential assisted living, is seeking an engaging,organized, and versatile Senior Care Sales & Marketing Coordinator who thrives on knowing that their attention to building relationships with potential families and community partners is vital to the success of the organization.
In this role, you willbe responsible for driving occupancy growth by building and nurturing relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and families. This role requires a proactive, relationship-focused individual who excels at identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities within the senior care industry. In addition to outreach, the coordinator will manage The Geneva Suites’ online presence and execute marketing campaigns to expand brand visibility. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to increase inquiries, tours, and move ins.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:o Proactively identify and develop new referral sources within the senior care industry, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, hospice agencies, fiduciaries, and long-term care insurance companies.
o Build a pipeline of qualified leads through direct outreach, networking events, and consistent follow-up with prospects.
o Conduct outreach to healthcare professionals, guardians, and families to generate interest in The Geneva Suites’ services.
o Respond to inquiries from potential clients and referral sources, providing detailed information about our care services and scheduling tours.
o Track all leads, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools to ensure timely communication and effective lead management.
Relationship Building and Community Engagement:o Establish and nurture strong relationships with key referral partners to drive consistent admissions.
o Collaborate with discharge planners, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure they understand the high-quality, personalized care that The Geneva Suites offers.
o Represent The Geneva Suites at industry conferences, community events, and professional networking groups to build connections and generate referrals.
o Develop and maintain partnerships with senior care agencies, insurance companies, and local community organizations.
Tour Coordination and Conversion:
o Coordinate and conduct tours for potential residents and families, highlighting the personalized care and unique features of The Geneva Suites.
o Actively listen to the concerns and needs of prospective families and communicate how The Geneva Suites can address them.
o Follow up with families after tours to answer any additional questions, address concerns, and guide them through the decision-making process.
Marketing and Social Media Management:
o Develop a social media content calendar and regularly post engaging content on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to increase visibility and drive inquiries.
o Collaborate on the creation of brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials to promote The Geneva Suites to potential residents and referral partners.
o Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results and increase occupancy rates.
Brand Representation:
o Ensure all sales and marketing activities reflect The Geneva Suites’ core values—safety, compassion, accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and a love for caring for people.
o Maintain a professional and compassionate approach when engaging with prospective clients, referral partners, and community organizations.
