St. Barnabas Nursing Home, part of St. Barnabas Health System, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses. The role involves planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, administering meds, and contributing to care plans. Full or part-time options with day shifts and alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the Commonwealth of PA.
• Experience in hospital or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Attend educational in-services as offered.
• Document and maintain accurate resident records.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Participate in developing and revising resident care plans.
• Make rounds and report on patient status per shift.
• Ensure resident privacy and dignity and safeguard rights.
