Ecumen Seasons at Apple Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the health and safety needs of residents. The role includes ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate medical records, with shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm and 80 hours bi-weekly, Monday through Friday.

The RN will oversee medication administration, collaborate with physicians, train staff on health procedures, and ensure care plans are current.

Qualificações

• Must hold an RN license in Minnesota and maintain licensure.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety rules, HIPAA and regulatory policies.

Responsabilidades

• Completes initial assessment of potential residents and executes move-in service agreements.
• Monitors and maintains residents' medical records with timely assessments and care plans.
• Ensures physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours.
• Maintains medication administration program and supervises related practices.
• Provides health and medication training to new and existing staff and documents trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
