Job summary

TEEMA seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to join our long-term care and skilled nursing teams in Flagstaff, Arizona. Full-time and PRN opportunities are available, with a focus on high-quality resident care and teamwork.

You will administer meds, assess residents, develop care plans, participate in admissions and reviews, document thoroughly, mentor aides, support ADLs, and engage in ongoing training to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, home health, medical-surgical, or acute care settings preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and within RN scope of practice.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Participate in admissions, MDS assessments, quarterly reviews, and interdisciplinary care planning.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other direct care staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Participate in staff development, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
