Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and within RN scope of practice.
Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
Participate in admissions, MDS assessments, quarterly reviews, and interdisciplinary care planning.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
Supervise and support nursing assistants and other direct care staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Participate in staff development, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, home health, medical-surgical, or acute care settings preferred.
