Job summary

Sholom is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents across our senior care continuum in the Twin Cities. The RN will administer medications, provide direct care, and coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team to enhance residents’ wellbeing.

The role requires MN RN licensure and CPR certification, with 1+ year in long-term care preferred. Sholom emphasizes compassionate care, competitive benefits, and community impact in a values-based culture.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Minnesota required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One or more years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in achieving and maintaining physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Provide medication administration and direct nursing care as per plan of resident care.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, direct, and provide care in accordance with standards and policies.
