Job summary

Caring Senior Service of El Paso is seeking a Home Care Sales Representative to connect families with compassionate in-home care, helping seniors stay independent and safe at home. You will build referral networks and represent our agency at health fairs and community events.

The role requires sales, outreach or business development experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel throughout El Paso. A valid Texas driver's license and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outreach, marketing, or business development, ideally in healthcare or senior services.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Knowledge of senior care or home care is a plus.
• Professional, driven, organized and motivated by meaningful work.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel throughout El Paso and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead outreach strategies to generate new referrals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, senior centers, rehab facilities, physicians, and other community partners.
• Represent our agency at health fairs, networking groups, senior-focused events, and community activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop referral partnerships throughout the El Paso area.
• Track leads, interactions, referrals, and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Coordinate with care staff to ensure a seamless experience for every client and family.
• Consistently meet or exceed referral and growth targets.
