Senior CommUnity Care of Northern KY PACE is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist. You will support acute, restorative and maintenance treatments for older adults in our Northern Kentucky program and document progress in the EMR.

Qualified candidates have a Kentucky PTA license and at least one year of experience with frail or elderly populations.

Competenze

• Must have PTA license in Kentucky and graduate of PTA curriculum.
• Minimum of one-year experience working with frail or elderly population.
• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation to assist participants in their homes or other settings.
• Must clear the background check.

Mansioni

• Provide physical therapy services under supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist.
• Communicate participant changes and progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR according to policies.
• Perform delegated treatments and collect data as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
