Job summary

Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE in Louisville, KY seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under the PT’s supervision for program participants across acute, restorative, and maintenance levels. Qualifications

• Must have PTA license in Kentucky.
• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant curriculum.
• Minimum of one-year experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must clear the background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy treatments and related duties as delegated by the physical therapist.
• Communicate participant progress to the Registered Physical Therapist.
• Maintain documentation according to state policies and PACE regulations.
• Maintain records in the EMR per policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
