Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Upper St. Clair, PA, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role. You will evaluate residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence for seniors.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania physical therapist license required.
• Experience in home health or short-term rehabilitation preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping seniors achieve their highest level of function.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams to support resident outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate OASIS documentation and therapy records.
