Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Upper St. Clair, PA, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role. You will evaluate residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence for seniors.

You’ll educate residents and families, maintain therapy records, and contribute to quality outcomes in a supportive home health environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania physical therapist license required.
• Experience in home health or short-term rehabilitation preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping seniors achieve their highest level of function.

Responsibilities
